The FUNSONIC intelligent ultrasonic precision spraying machine FS620 is mainly used for qualitative testing in scientific research laboratories, small and medium-sized batch production, and medium area spraying.

The entire equipment has a simple and elegant structure, with complete functions, mainly including the XYZ axis precision motion module, equipped with FUNSONIC's independently developed ultrasonic spraying special control system, which is WYSIWYG. It realizes a comprehensive trajectory editing system with matching functions, and can spray any two-dimensional plane shape, such as rectangles, circles, triangles, or curves. Optional to be equipped with any ultrasonic nozzle from FUNSONIC, as well as a precision injection pump and digital gas carrier system. It can also be equipped with functions such as ultrasonic dispersion supply system, vacuum adsorption heating substrate, etc.

The difference between ultrasonic atomization nozzles and traditional nozzles:

 

Unlike the traditional spray head, which relies on pressure and high-speed movement to crush the liquid into small particles, the ultrasonic nozzle uses lower ultrasonic vibration energy to atomize the liquid. The liquid can be delivered to the spray head through its own gravity or low-pressure liquid pump to achieve continuous or intermittent atomization. The amount of liquid atomization is only determined by the amount of liquid conveyed, within the limits.

 

Traditional two fluid nozzle:

 

1. Utilize the kinetic energy of two fluids, gas and liquid, for atomization

2. The impact force of spray is large, which will cause splash and waste of raw materials

3. Poor uniformity of atomized particles

4. The size of atomized particles is determined by the nozzle diameter

When the nozzle is very thin, it is easy to block the nozzle

5.Unable to accurately control the spray flow, unable to continue spray at a low flow

 

Advantages of ultrasonic atomization spray:

 

1. Use high-frequency ultrasonic oscillation to atomize liquid

XYZ three axes all adopt imported servo motor, the module adopts fully enclosed linear screw module, the repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
